Never stop thinking is international
Think-tank supports Thinking-sport
Rosmarie Voigt (K.J.)
There is a proverb about sudden inspiration that humans can have now and again.
Human brains work with the fastest dynamic, still beyond compare with technology. Due to that the Infineon slogan „Never stop thinking“ and chess go well together.
The „Infineon Schach-Juniorteam Dresden“ is sponsored by Infineon Dresden to promote the youth since two years.

Dresden, the stronghold of chess, will apply for the Chess Olympiad 2008 and will set a national status of responsibility, which will put the game of chess into spot light. Maybe our Infineon chess juniors are prepared by then to compete with the adults.

Infineon Technologies Dresden, with fields of research, innovation and production, will be supporting this development actively as the “Think-tank”. We see the „Infineon-Schach-Standortmeisterschaft“ and „ICC 2004“ (International Chess Cup), as continuous steps.

Another Highlight will hone chess in Dresden 2004: the European Women’s Chess Championship and Evgenija Shmirina, Infineon Schach-Juniorteam Dresden, is going to play as a junior! Infineon Technologies Dresden supports this as one of the mainsponsors.

Abide by chess and of course: „Never stop thinking"
